Plus running 4 aether(on your frontbar) gives you crit, minor slayer, and spell damage which just can't be beat. I don't think 5 Julianos, 5 elegant was ever viable for anything other than maelstrom. The bis sorcerer dps setup is 5 twice born, 4 aether, maelstrom backbar, 2 ilambris Edit:not 1.6, whenever they buffed the mundus stones. Mothers sorrow isnt bad, but you lose too much health since were already losing the health bonus from nerieneth in favor of the extra magicka and damage from ilambris.
Spinner is good if youre in a group with terrible buffs, and pvp. But i wouldnt build a character around being in a group with low buffs/debuffs. You are always going to have major prophecy from inner light and potions, so if you take that away treasure hunter is just julianos -200 spell damage. And tbs is already better than julianos in a raid setting. Not to mention most people stack impen in pvp so the extra crit is negligible there.
