Which is the calibration code for the pcm. Without it the software does not know how to handle the data. As far as I can see there are no places on the internet to find these files so I need to know how to create one.

To create a xdf you need to disassemble the code to figure out where (and what!) the parameters are. Once you have done that you can create your definition, see the TunerPro help section 'Editing Bin Definitions' on how to do this.
